Spanking With Passion

I read “Self / Discipline: How Spanking Changed My Life” by Andrew Cameron. Ronnie posted about this book last month. It’s about his travels in spanking. From being gay to straight. From taking canings from men to spanking women. I skipped over the gay and caning sections. The next sections made me think about what spanking means to me.

I have spanked quite a few women over the years. Only a few are memorable to me. In the others, we were going through the motions. We were never able to connect with our minds. There were always promising in the notes and phone calls, but in real life, some were a letdown.

So I learned that spanking without passion, without chemistry is really boring. Second, that spanking can never be a substitute for a relationship. 

Cameron writes:

In The Mood

It’s been a really busy two weeks for us. We have been packing the RV and doing needed maintenance items. Spanking has not been on our radar. This morning I finished a project and could see daylight so I told Bacall we could go for lunch at our fav Canjun place after she picked up a script from the doctor. So we showered and got ready to go. She thought it would be a grand idea to give me some pops with our myrtle wood paddle. 

I was not keen on the idea but dutifully bent over and she gave me four stingers. I was keener afterwards! I returned the favor and she remarked several times that she could still feel the sting.

It put us in the mood and we made plans for an extended session tomorrow.

We are headed to Red Rock Country. I doubt I will take a picture of Bacall sunbathing, but I am sure we will both be bent over red rocks here and there.

Black Dog

Not at all about spanking today. I think the blog will drift to things that interest me in addition to spanking. Not sure about maintaining a publication schedule. Something like We are on a break.

F/M Paddling

As one who likes to be paddled by women, I learned long ago to be damn careful of mentioning my desire for fear of being shunned. I know that other readers have kept their thoughts to themselves to avoid being thought weird. I know it’s partially a cultural thing, but it freaking annoys me.

I am the farthest thing from being a wuss that you can imagine. I have only invited women that I trust to paddle me. Most have accepted with enthusiasm. There has never been any exchange of power. I don’t seek to give it and they don’t seek to take it. It would not be pretty if they did.

Last week I wanted to access a website so I just typed in Hermon… up popped a list of suggestions and I highlighted one and it brought me to Hermione’s Brunch
from December of 2015. As I wipe my history every few weeks, why one in 2015 was suggested I have no idea, but it prompted this post. The brunch topic was a question suggested by me.

 “The topic I would like to see discussed in depth is why are women so reluctant to spank men. 

I appreciate Hermonie posing the question, but some of the responses really ticked me off, with Dragon Rose leading the pack.

Dragon doesn’t want to be spanked and the thought of spanking another man is just gross. So the idea of spanking a man is not an issue I even think about. It feels too much like role reversal to me.

Just gross huh? Perhaps Eweeee could have been used. Made me feel so good. I think Dragon’s Rose is over the top provincial, submissive and narrow-minded.

Hi Hermione, if it was just the occasional swat on a hot bum, I am sure many women like doing that. Spanking men in general? I think that there are many dominant women, not only dominant men, so I’d imagine them spanking their submissive men too. 
I couldn’t spank hubby, that would not feel right and good for me at all. I think none of us could see any positive in that; the other way round is what we want and do. 🙂

No, No, No. That could never feel right. Me being spanked by Sam is what I have craved my whole life long. If even once I ever spanked him, the roles would be forever changed. And not for the better. 

I have tried to explain it before. Sam being dominant is like breathing pure oxygen. It is natural and necessary. Sometimes he doubts a decision he makes. I tell him honestly that he cannot make a mistake.

Now the reverse of the above.

This morning, I was looking at some pictures of men being paddled and I saw a comment from a woman I know as a casual cyber friend. She and I share a preference for wood paddles and taking licks bent over. She wrote under the picture.

It’s nice to see the boys getting the paddle on the bare! It isn’t like they don’t deserve spankings for behavior and picking on us girls!

She did not direct her comment to anyone in particular, but I took it as her OK that she is cool with the desire that some men like to be paddled. And that acceptance comes from a woman who is a bottom. That’s a whole lot different from English Rose’s Eweee!  The album this photo is in is all of men being paddled. I doubt many women would even enter the album.Thanks sweetie!

Valentine Day

Many blogs will have a Valentine theme today. Passing here. 

I am wondering if we should put OBB to sleep after 10 years and 1400 posts? Even with the Blogger comment problems, there is precious little interaction. Stats show a steady readership, but a dearth of comments in 2018.

Spanking Goa

I tripped over a YouTube clip on spanking – a girl in the street interview in Goa India. I was surprised at how candid the women were about spanking. I was also a little surprised that it was a thing in India since most spanko’s are “westerners’. 

I looked up Goa and share with you a bit about it.

Goa is a coastal state in India. It is India’s smallest state by area and the fourth smallest by population. Goa has the highest GDP per capita among all Indian states, that is two and a half times that of the country. It was ranked the ‘best-placed State’ by the “Eleventh Finance Commission” for its infrastructure and ranked on top for the ‘best quality of life’ in India by the National Commission on Population. It has a tropical monsoon climate. The temps are mainly in the low 80’s.

Tax Cut and #MeToo

Tax Cut
Someone did the numbers and found that the tax cut will reduce revenue and require more borrowing. Investors are concerned about all the additional borrowing and the likelihood of higher inflation, which is why the interest rates on U.S. government bonds hit the highest level since 2014. That, in turn, partly drove the worst sell-off in the stock market in years.

I am of the opinion that this tax cut, like its predecessors, will result in increased revenue. So I am, at this point, not concerned about the tax cut or the sell-off. I may wrong about this. 

Sexual Harassment
It seems there are a lot of male jerks.

Newton’s first law states that every object will remain at rest unless compelled to change its state by the action of an external force. That has been where sexual harassment has been. Women have tolerated it. Something upset the state of rest and now we are moving ever faster to – well I don’t know where we are headed.

Newton’s third law is: For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction. There is a backlash, unintended consequences, to #MeToo.  Consider this headline:

Female professionals set back 20 years

Consider what’s happening in the capital of Florida. Female staffers and lobbyists have found “many male legislators will no longer meet with them privately,” reported The Miami Herald. “I had a senator say, ‘I need my aide here in the room because I need a chaperone,’ ” lobbyist Jennifer Green told the paper. “I said, ‘Senator, why do you need a chaperone? . . . Do you feel uncomfortable around me?’ ‘Well,’ he said, ‘anyone can say anything with the door shut.’ ”

This makes it classic Catch 22. Suffer in silence or be locked out.

This is so helpful for #MeToo

California Assemblywoman Cristina Garcia — whose high-profile advocacy of the #MeToo movement earned her national media notice — is herself the subject of a state legislative investigation in the wake of a report that she sexually harassed and groped a former legislative staffer.

The lobbyist, who represents a major industry association, said that Garcia appeared to have been drinking heavily at a fundraiser hosted by Governor Jerry Brown for state Senator Josh Newman at the de Veres bar in Sacramento. He said he was heading out the door in part to avoid the assemblywoman — who had been increasingly “flirtatious” and had called him on a few occasions before for late night drinks which he repeatedly declined.

She spotted him and said,“Where are you going?” the lobbyist said.

“She came back and was whispering real close and I could smell the booze and see she was pretty far gone,’’ he said. “She looked at me for a second and said, “I’ve set a goal for myself to fuck you.”


At that point, Garcia “stepped in front of me and reaches out and is grabbing for my crotch,’’ he said. That was “the line in the sand,” according to the lobbyist, and he stopped her. “I was four inches from her, eyeball to eyeball — and I said, ‘That ain’t gonna happen.’”

Bond, James Bond

Bacall writes:
I was reading an article about millennials watching old James Bond movies.  There was a picture of Sean Connery, who was the best James Bond by far, and these stupid people think Sean Connery’s along with Roger Moore’s character were rapists.  Just looking at Sean Connery’s picture with his shirt off makes me hot.  

Actually, I had my first spontaneous orgasm when he appeared on the screen in his tux and said his name was “Bond, James Bond”.  Wow, that really hit me and I was sitting in a theatre fully clothed!
